You can get a quote instantly through the MyGeoLogistic online portal by entering origin and destination zip codes along with package details. Quotes can be saved for up to 30 days. You can also call your nearest GeoLogistic branch or email us at exo@geologistic.org.

How do I track my shipment?

Log in to MyGeoLogistic and use the tracking feature to monitor your shipment from pick-up to delivery. You can track by airbill number, reference number, or quote number. You can also contact the National Customer Service Center at 877.289.2471.

What countries does GeoLogistic ship to?

GeoLogistic ships to 166 countries worldwide through our network of 900+ global partners. Whether you need air freight, ocean freight, or door-to-door courier service, we can reach virtually any destination.

Does GeoLogistic handle customs brokerage?

Yes. GeoLogistic provides in-house customs brokerage services for both import and export shipments. Our licensed customs brokers ensure your goods comply with all regulations and clear customs as quickly as possible.

How do I file a freight claim?

To file a freight claim, contact your local GeoLogistic branch as soon as possible after discovering damage or loss. You will need the original airbill, proof of value, and photographs of any damage. Our claims team will guide you through the process.
